ADHD & Motherhood
In person -
The Learning Nest Co
South.Point Shopping Centre, Greenway, ACT
30 May , 1:00-3:00pm
$57
In this session we’ll look at where ADHD shows up in your life as a mother, and then build realistic, actionable strategies that are specific for you.
Come together with fellow ADHD mums to learn, connect, and better understand this phase of life. Your neurotype influences your experience of motherhood. Explore how your hormones impact your brain, discover your sensory profile and how to support it, and learn why "typical" systems often don't work for you.
You will be able to ask questions specific to your situation and get support to better understand the two-way relationship between motherhood and your brain.
The workshop consists of an engaging presentation, open-dialogue question times, and movement breaks. All participants will receive a workbook and additional resources.
Presented to suit various learning styles and hosted within a relaxed, inclusive space at The Learning Nest Co., South.Point.
*While the title is "Motherhood", this workshop is open to all people. Mums, gender-diverse, dads who want to learn, all welcome!
The session will conclude with a Q&A.
