ADHD & Motherhood

In person - 1 Geils Ct., Deakin, ACT

26 October, 1:00-3:00pm

$50

In this session we’ll look at where ADHD shows up in your life as a mother, and then build realistic, actionable strategies that are specific for you.

Overstimulation is a major factor for many neurodivergent mothers - as part of this session we will also begin to understand your sensory preferences and develop a toolkit to support your regulation.

The session will conclude with a Q&A.

Understanding the Nervous System: Child Regulation

Once we understand the nervous system, we can better support our children in their regulation. The workshop dives into sensory profiles and ways we can support children through affirming, respectful practices.

This includes practical learning activities and regulation techniques that you can implement with a variety of sensory profiles.
