Motherhood, done differently.

Helping You Navigate Your Experience as a

Late Diagnosed ADHD / AuDHD / Autistic Mother.

What is coaching and why would you need it?

Coaching is not therapy.

A coaching relationship is much more like a mentor-mentee relationship. As we work together, I will help you explore and discover how your neurodivergence shows up in life and co-create with you - building strategies and teaching you tools that will be beneficial FOR YOU. Just as you’re a unique individual, the supports and accommodations you’ll require will be just as unique.

Through coaching you can begin to better understand your brain and how your neurotype can be seen as a strength instead of a deficit.

I do not believe ADHD is a superpower, but I do believe by embracing how we’re wired and beginning to work with our brains, instead of against them, we can find more ease in life and get off the struggle bus.

As we gain better awareness of your challenges, we can also develop systems that harness your strengths.

Practical and realistic!

I’m a mom. I know the limited time and capacity that comes with that role. My commitment to you is to always strive for our solutions to be as practical and realistic as possible. Would a 20-minute relaxation and 5-step self care routine be great? Probably. Is that something that we can realistically include in our day every day? Probably not. So let’s work together to find small, doable things we can do that make a big difference.
